Tulsi Khetrapal

Name: Tulsi Khetrapal

Date of Birth: 25 April 2005

Year of Enrollment: 2011

Project: Shalom Residential Care

Tulsi used to live with her family in a leper colony of Uttar Pradesh

where her parents are both beggars. Each day, both the parents left

their house early in the morning throughout the day, leaving this little

girl alone at home. Their house is nothing but a small hut having no

door. This made Tulsi unsafe and vulnerable. Her parents brought her

to Shalom and she was enrolled in the residential care project. Now,

she has a protected environment, where she gets good education and

overall care.

Tulsi loves participating in sports and wins prizes.
