Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and if you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help. Here's our straightforward return policy / exchange policy. 

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Returns / exchanges are not permitted due to sizing issues as we offer sizing charts for all of our products.

 

*** RETURNS / EXCHANGES ONLY ON ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTED ON OUR BEHALF ***

 

Please DM us on Instagram @shalomsociety.co with pictures of the defective product so we can quickly resolve the issue.

 

The item(s) must be:

  • Unharmed
  • Unworn 
  • Unaltered 
  • Free from any odors 
  • In original packaging 
  • Tags must be still attached

 

If item(s) do not fit these requirements above, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

 

Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

All orders are eligible to be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchase.
